With the Bobles play mat it is possible to play on the floor without it having to be cold and uncomfortable. The mat consists of four floor parts, four circular blocks that you can turn around and move, and 4 stepping stones. Babies can lie comfortably on the insulating mat and perceive the different colors. Children can follow the dotted path or play exciting movement games with the stepping stones. About Bobles

Bobles - Safe, stable foam furniture that is fun to move around

Bobles is a Danish manufacturer of foam furniture for children. The founder of the brand, Bolette Blædel, worked as an architect for a long time. After giving birth to her first child, she used her well-deserved maternity leave to look for furniture for her child, among other things. She was looking for furniture with a nice design that encouraged movement and play and found ... nothing. No product in the large, wide market for baby and children's items had anything that came even close to Bolette's ideas. She probably had to find a remedy herself and fill the gap in the market

Bobles is the product of two creative sisters

For the creation of her ideas, Bolette sought help from her sister Louise, who is a designer by profession. Together they designed a furniture collection that should meet all of the original requirements: multifunctional, motor stimulating and of course in a pretty Danish design. The products quickly became so popular that the two sisters could no longer do the work on their own. So Bobles grew and now consists of a whole team of creative people who all follow Bolette's basic motivation: having fun stimulating children to move.

All Bobles products are made from strong EVA foam. It goes without saying that it is free from phthalates and similar pollutants. The advantages of foam are obvious. The surface is soft and easy to clean, at the same time leaves no marks and is non-slip. The material thus offers the best conditions for infants, toddlers and kindergarten children to develop their motor skills and to challenge themselves. However, such a substance cannot be processed by machine. That is why every single Bobles product, from the roller board to the elephant to the foam ball, is handcrafted and is absolutely unique.

Availability and delivery times

In stock: Items with this delivery status are in stock and will be packed and placed on the same day for an order during our business hours.

Available for subsequent delivery (order now, ready for dispatch in 1-2 days):

Items with this status have been ordered by us and are on their way to our warehouse. The goods will be handed over to the commissioned delivery service within one to two working days after your order.

Not in stock: For items with this status, the delivery date is unknown on the part of our supplier or manufacturer, an order by you is currently not possible - but these are often then available on a waiting list.

Whether an item is available on the waiting list is shown in the product detail. If the respective article is available again within the next 15 days, you will be informed automatically by e-mail.

Express Shipping

Receive your delivery the next day with express delivery

If you order by 13 p.m. on weekdays (Mon - Fri), you have the option of receiving your order the next day. Simply select the option "DHL Express" at the checkout. For delivery the next day, we charge a flat-rate shipping fee of € 11,90. The offer does not apply to bulky goods.

Please note that we have no control over the delivery as soon as it leaves our warehouse. There can always be delays with the transport service provider. Therefore we cannot guarantee a delivery date.

Delivery to a packing station

In order for DHL to be able to deliver to the Packstation, you must also provide the station number and the postal number in addition to your name. To do this, proceed as follows:

On the Checkout page:

Enter your name in the appropriate fields as usual
In the Street field, enter the word "Packstation" without the quotation marks
Enter the number of the Packstation in the field for the house number
Enter your postal number under "Company name".
Enter the location and zip code according to the packing station

In this way, DHL can allocate your shipment and deliver it to your Packstation.

Job status:

Brainbowtoys informs you about the progress and the current status of your order. You will receive three emails from us:

A message when we receive your order
An info email about the order status as soon as your order is read and processed
A message as soon as your order has been handed over to the delivery service

Registered customers can view the order process in the online customer account under "My orders".

Shipment tracking:

If you receive the goods delivered via DHL, you can track your shipment online. You can see your package number in the e-mail we use to inform you about the shipping of the goods.

Direct bank transfer / prepayment:

Prepayment is a direct and secure form of payment in which you transfer payment to us.

After placing your order, your goods are reserved for you for 7 calendar days. During this time, you transfer the amount due to our account. We will send you our account details as well as the intended purpose by email.

As soon as payment is received, we will send your order to you.

Paypal with user account:

If you have a PayPal account, you can complete and pay for your order in 2 clicks. After checking out, you will be redirected to a secure payment form on the PayPal website.

Paypal will pay the invoice immediately and will debit the bank account specified with PayPal with the amount. This usually takes 1-2 working days.

PayPal without user account:

You can also use PayPal for your payment without a user account. This has the advantage that the following payment methods are available:

Purchase on invoice

With this payment method PayPal will transfer the invoice amount to us immediately. You then have 14 days to pay the invoice with PayPal.

Important: The money must be transferred to PayPal, not to Brainbow Toys.

Debit (Klarna)

With this payment method PayPal will transfer the invoice amount to us immediately. After completing the order, you will be redirected to a PayPal form. You then only have to enter your bank details into PayPal and the amount will be debited from your account.

Credit card

With this payment method PayPal will transfer the invoice amount to us immediately. After completing the order, you will be redirected to a PayPal form. There you can then process the payment by credit card.

Purchase on account with Ratepay

A purchase on account is processed by our partner Ratepay. Enter your data (including a valid telephone number) at the checkout and have 30 days to pay the bill after placing your order. Ratepay will send you the payment information by email shortly after your order.

Important! You must enter the invoice amount the payment service provider transferred. You will receive the account information from them by e-mail. At a wrong transfer we charge one to our account Processing fee of 5€ for the return transfer.

Purchase on installments

With this payment method, Klarna will transfer the invoice amount to us immediately. You can then pay the amount in installments to Klarna.

At checkout you can choose whether you want to pay the amount in 12 or 6 monthly installments. Flexible rates are also possible.

Please note: Klarna charges a debit interest of approx. 10% on installment purchases. Paying in installments will make the product more expensive for you. The total loan amount is displayed in the checkout at the cash register.

Pay for pre-orders later

What is a pre-order?
Pre-ordering allows you to purchase a product before it is available. By pre-ordering a product, you reserve a product so that you are among the first to receive this product as soon as it is available after the start of sales. The date of the start of sale is displayed under the "Order" button and represents the approximate date on which you will receive the pre-ordered product.

Why pre-order a product?
Pre-ordering is a hassle-free solution for reserving a product. This is how you ensure that you are among the first to receive a product that is in high demand. But that's not all. A pre-order also means that you don't have to wait in line at the next store at the start of the sale or wait even longer because the desired product is no longer in stock. With a pre-order, the desired product is conveniently sent to your home as soon as it is available and you are guaranteed to receive it at the launch date or shortly thereafter.

When will my order be delivered?
Your order will normally be dispatched shortly before the start of sales / market launch. This means that you will receive the product at the current start of sales or shortly afterwards.

Can I combine a pre-order with regular orders?
Of course that is possible. However, if you want to receive the products from a regular order quickly, we strongly recommend that you complete your pre-order as a separate process. If you complete regular orders together with pre-orders in one operation, this can lead to a delay in the delivery of the entire order.

Can all products be pre-ordered?
No, only selected products can be pre-ordered. A corresponding symbol on the product page shows which products are available for pre-order. After the launch date for a product has expired, it is no longer possible to pre-order that product.

How can I be sure that you have received my pre-order?
As soon as you have completed your order, you will receive an email confirming that it has been received. The confirmation email will state which products you have ordered and when they will be shipped. If you have placed an order but have not received an email confirmation within 24 hours, please contact our customer service.

Purchase on account (only for schools, kindergartens, authorities, etc.)

Important: This option does not apply to private customers!

If you would like to order from our shop for a school, kindergarten, authority or other public institution based in Germany, you can purchase on account. You will then be invoiced by us and not by a third party.

In this case we ask you to place your order by email stating the facility to info@brainbowtoys.de to give up. At this address we are also available for questions at any time.

Please note the following deviating contractual conditions that apply to this type of order:

Facilities are required to pay the full amount in advance when placing their first order.
Payment can be made by bank transfer or any other means accepted by us.
Once payment is received we will process the order and prepare for shipment.
