Availability and delivery times
In stock: Items with this delivery status are in stock and will be packed and placed on the same day for an order during our business hours.
Available for subsequent delivery (order now, ready for dispatch in 1-2 days):
Items with this status have been ordered by us and are on their way to our warehouse. The goods will be handed over to the commissioned delivery service within one to two working days after your order.
Not in stock: For items with this status, the delivery date is unknown on the part of our supplier or manufacturer, an order by you is currently not possible - but these are often then available on a waiting list.
You can see whether an item is available via the waiting list in the product detail. If the respective article is available again within the next 15 days, you will be automatically informed by email.
Receive your delivery the next day with express delivery
If you order by 13 p.m. on weekdays (Mon - Fri), you have the option of receiving your order the next day. Simply select the option "DHL Express" at the checkout. For delivery the next day, we charge a flat-rate shipping fee of € 11,90. The offer does not apply to bulky goods.
Please note that we have no control over the delivery as soon as it leaves our warehouse. There can always be delays with the transport service provider. Therefore we cannot guarantee a delivery date.
The term “shipping costs” includes the costs for postage, packaging and logistics. The shipping costs include VAT and depend on the type and nature of the product.

In order for DHL to be able to deliver to the Packstation, you must also provide the station number and the postal number in addition to your name. To do this, proceed as follows:
On the Checkout page:
- Enter your name in the appropriate fields as usual
- In the Street field, enter the word "Packstation" without the quotation marks
- Enter the number of the Packstation in the field for the house number
- Enter your postal number under "Company name".
- Enter the location and zip code according to the packing station
In this way, DHL can allocate your shipment and deliver it to your Packstation.
Brainbowtoys informs you about the progress and the current status of your order. You will receive three emails from us:
- A message when we receive your order
- An info email about the order status as soon as your order is read and processed
- A message as soon as your order has been handed over to the delivery service

If you receive the goods delivered via DHL, you can track your shipment online. You can see your package number in the e-mail we use to inform you about the shipping of the goods.

Payment Methods
Prepayment is a direct and secure form of payment in which you transfer payment to us.
After placing your order, your goods are reserved for you for 7 calendar days. During this time, you transfer the amount due to our account. We will send you our account details as well as the intended purpose by email.
As soon as payment is received, we will send your order to you.
If you have a PayPal account, you can complete and pay for your order in 2 clicks. After checking out, you will be redirected to a secure payment form on the PayPal website.
Paypal will pay the invoice immediately and will debit the bank account specified with PayPal with the amount. This usually takes 1-2 working days.
You can also create a PayPal account during the payment process if you don't have one. You can find more information about PayPal and how to create an account here .
You can also use PayPal for your payment without a user account. This has the advantage that the following payment methods are available:

With this payment method PayPal will transfer the invoice amount to us immediately. After completing the order, you will be redirected to a PayPal form. You then only have to enter your bank details into PayPal and the amount will be debited from your account.

With this payment method, Klarna will transfer the invoice amount to us immediately. You can then pay the amount in installments to Klarna.
At checkout you can choose whether you want to pay the amount in 12 or 6 monthly installments. Flexible rates are also possible.
Please note: Klarna charges a debit interest of approx. 10% on installment purchases. Paying in installments will make the product more expensive for you. The total loan amount is displayed in the checkout at the cash register.

What is a pre-order?
Pre-ordering allows you to purchase a product before it is available. By pre-ordering a product, you reserve a product so that you are among the first to receive this product as soon as it is available after the start of sales. The date of the start of sale is displayed under the "Order" button and represents the approximate date on which you will receive the pre-ordered product.
Why pre-order a product?
Pre-ordering is a hassle-free solution for reserving a product. This is how you ensure that you are among the first to receive a product that is in high demand. But that's not all. A pre-order also means that you don't have to wait in line at the next store at the start of the sale or wait even longer because the desired product is no longer in stock. With a pre-order, the desired product is conveniently sent to your home as soon as it is available and you are guaranteed to receive it at the launch date or shortly thereafter.
When will my order be delivered?
Your order will normally be dispatched shortly before the start of sales / market launch. This means that you will receive the product at the current start of sales or shortly afterwards.
Can I combine a pre-order with regular orders?
Of course that is possible. However, if you want to receive the products from a regular order quickly, we strongly recommend that you complete your pre-order as a separate process. If you complete regular orders together with pre-orders in one operation, this can lead to a delay in the delivery of the entire order.
Can all products be pre-ordered?
No, only selected products can be pre-ordered. A corresponding symbol on the product page shows which products are available for pre-order. After the launch date for a product has expired, it is no longer possible to pre-order that product.
How can I be sure that you have received my pre-order?
As soon as you have completed your order, you will receive an email confirming that it has been received. The confirmation email will state which products you have ordered and when they will be shipped. If you have placed an order but have not received an email confirmation within 24 hours, please contact our customer service.
Important: This option does not apply to private customers!
If you would like to order in our shop for a school, a kindergarten, an authority or another public institution, you can arrange a purchase on account. The invoice will then be issued to you by us and not by a third party.
In this case we ask you to place your order by email stating the facility to info@brainbowtoys.de to give up. At this address we are also available for questions at any time.
